Ladies and Gentlemen,

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Clima Dubai International, it is my great pleasure to introduce our organization, its business ventures, and its global projects.

Clima Dubai International is headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, a strategic hub for global business. Inspired by the vision of His Excellency President Hu Jintao during the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation on November 4th, 2006, and the subsequent establishment of the China-Africa Development Fund, Clima Dubai International embarked on a mission to develop Africa's mining resources. Since 2008, our company has deployed expert Chinese geologists and technical teams to conduct comprehensive research and exploration across Africa.

Field prospecting and exploration have been successfully executed in countries such as Sudan, Chad, Congo, Mali, and Ethiopia, with our efforts widely recognized and appreciated by the respective governments. To date, Clima Dubai International has signed new gold concession agreements, covering:

• Sudan: 4,000 square kilometers
• Chad: 588 square kilometers
• Congo: 380 square kilometers

We owe much of our success to our highly skilled Chinese geologists and technical experts, whose advanced methodologies and dedication have positioned us as a leader in mining exploration and exploitation technologies.

Our Capabilities
With some of the world's most advanced technologies and a team of highly experienced professionals, Clima Dubai International provides a range of services for global projects, including:

• Site exploration and management
• Equipment installation, commissioning, and training
• Turnkey project delivery

We place a strong emphasis on environmental and vegetation recovery during and after exploration and production. Additionally, we collaborate closely with local governments to improve living conditions by creating job opportunities, investing in industrial projects, and developing vocational education programs.
